Returns

We do not accept returns on any products or gift cards.

  • If your package has been lost or sent to the wrong address, Ariana's Essential Products is not responsible for replacing your items. However, our company selects shipping insurance of up to $100 for all packages sent out from our business location. If there is an issue, please let us know within 30 days of when your order is shipped. We can give you further information on how to contact the shipping carrier and hopefully they can make it right. 

Candle Troubleshooting 

If you have any candle troubleshooting whatsoever, please contact us directly and we will help you out as much as we can! Usually candle burning errors can be easily fixed, but first thing is first, make sure you're trimming your wicks in between each candle burn! :-)
